Recommended uses or purposes:
- Expectorant.
- Traditionally used in herbal medicine to relieve cold/flu/bronchitis symptoms (softening, pectoral and expectorant).
Medicinal ingredients per dosage unit:

Non-medicinal ingredients:
Purified water, vegetable glycerin, alcohol, sodium benzoate, stevia, potassium sorbate, natural flavor.
Dosage (Adults) (Oral):
Take 1 teaspoon, 3 to 4 times a day. Space doses 3 - 4 hours apart.
Children: Take half dose.
Risk statements:
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have kidney problems, or are allergic to salicylates.
Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen for more than 7 days, and if you are taking prescription medications or other natural health products.
