Ingredients:
Plantain

Dosage (Adults) (Oral):
Internal: Put 1 level teaspoon in 1 cup of boiling water, let steep for a maximum of 3 to 5 minutes, and drink 1 cup as directed by a therapist.
External: Use 1 tablespoon in 500ml of boiling water, let stand and filter. Use as compresses.
