Recommended uses or purposes:
- Actaea racemosa is traditionally used in herbal medicine to help relieve muscle and joint pain associated with rheumatoid conditions (such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and/or fibrositis), and pain associated with neuralgia (such as sciatica).
- Willow bark is traditionally used in herbal medicine for the relief of minor joint pain (due to osteoarthritis).
- Used in herbal medicine for the short-term relief of lower back pain.

Non-medicinal ingredients:

Dosage (Adults) (Oral):
Take 1 to 2 tablespoons (15 to 30 ml) daily.
