Recommended uses or purposes:
- Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as an expectorant to help relieve bronchial conditions, coughs, and colds.
- Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as an expectorant to help relieve bronchitis symptoms and excess respiratory mucus.
- Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve fever by stimulating sweating (diaphoretic).
Medicinal ingredients per capsule:

Non-medicinal ingredients:
Vegetable capsule (hypromellose), microcrystalline cellulose.
Dosage (Adults) (Oral):
Take 2 capsules, 3-4 times a day.
Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
Consult a healthcare practitioner if use extends beyond 4 to 6 weeks.

Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are breastfeeding or if you suffer from a gastroduodenal ulcer, if you suffer from a progressive systemic disease such as tuberculosis, collagenosis, multiple sclerosis, an autoimmune disease, AIDS and/or HIV infection, if you are taking medications that inhibit the immune system (immunosuppressants), if you suffer from liver disorders or if symptoms persist or worsen. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight or ultraviolet (UV) rays or UV rays produced by light therapy.
Contraindications: Do not use this product if you are pregnant, if you suffer from hypokalemia, high blood pressure, or cardiovascular or kidney disorders. Do not use this product if you are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives, or any other medication that may aggravate electrolyte imbalances.
Known adverse reactions: If hypersensitivity or an allergy occurs, consult a healthcare practitioner and discontinue use.
