Recommended uses or purposes:
- Traditionally used in herbal medicine to help relieve restlessness and/or nervousness (nervine/calmative) and to aid sleep.
- Traditionally used in herbal medicine to help relieve symptoms associated with hormonal disorders such as menopause and andropause.
- Traditionally used in herbal medicine to help relieve premenstrual symptoms.

Non-medicinal ingredients:

Dosage (Adults 18+ years) (Oral):
Take 4 capsules daily.
Sleep aid (optional): Take a single dose 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. Take an earlier dose in the evening if needed.
Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or health products.
Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 7 days.

Do not use this product if:
• you are pregnant or breastfeeding • in cases of kidney disorders • if you have a convulsive disorder such as epilepsy • in cases of intestinal obstruction, acute inflammation of the intestine • if you suffer from heart disease, high or low blood pressure, kidney or liver problems, diabetes or edema, or if you are taking products containing diuretics, corticosteroids or licorice.
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if:
• you suffer from liver disorders or if symptoms of liver disorders appear • in cases of fecal impaction or symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever.
When using this product:
A stimulating laxative effect may occur; may cause gastrointestinal cramps, in which case reduce the dose.
Stop use and consult a healthcare practitioner:
In case of dizziness, confusion, weakness or muscle pain, abnormal heart rhythm and/or breathing difficulties; in case of abdominal pain, cramps, spasms and/or diarrhea; if symptoms persist or worsen.
