Non-medicinal ingredients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable capsule (hypromellose)
Dosage (Adults) (Oral):
Take 2 tablets, once daily. Allow 6 to 12 hours for laxative effects to occur. The optimal dosage is adjusted to the smallest dose to achieve a soft stool. Take 2 to 3 times per week. If the desired effect is not obtained, take up to one dose per day. Take a few hours before or after taking medications or natural health products. Take a single dose at bedtime. Use the minimum effective dose to control symptoms. Take with a meal or food or immediately before. Consult a healthcare practitioner if use extends beyond 7 days.

Do not use this product if you suffer from abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, existing or potential intestinal obstruction, lazy bowel, appendicitis, inflammatory bowel disease such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis, abdominal pain of unknown origin, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, severe dehydration with water and electrolyte loss or diarrhea, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you are sensitive to pancreatic enzymes, if you have gallstones, bile duct obstruction or suffer from gastric reflux.
Consult a healthcare professional before use if: You are taking heart medications, such as cardiac glycosides or antiarrhythmics, thiazide diuretics, corticosteroids, licorice root, any other medication or health product that may exacerbate electrolyte imbalance, if you suffer from kidney disorders, fecal impaction or symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever, if you have diabetes, pancreatitis, exocrine pancreatic insufficiency or cystic fibrosis, or if you suffer from stomach ulcers or inflammation.
Stop use and consult a healthcare practitioner if nausea, vomiting, abdominal/epigastric pain and heartburn occur. Discontinue use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Reduce dose or discontinue use if you experience cramps, spasms and/or diarrhea.
Keep out of reach of children. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. In case of overdose or accidental ingestion, call a Poison Control Centre immediately.
