Recommended uses or purposes:

• Used in herbal medicine as a mucilaginous laxative.
• Used in herbal medicine to gently relieve constipation and/or irregularity.
• Used in herbal medicine to facilitate bowel movements (by increasing the volume and water content of fecal matter).
• Diarrhea treatment: Mucilage absorbs water in the intestine. Makes liquid stools more consistent.
• Prevents intestinal congestion.
• Eliminates bloating due to digestive stagnation.
• Essential tool for a detox cure; if we want to undertake an effective cleansing of our body, we must increase elimination from the large intestine.
• Aids in healing.

vegetable capsule (hypromellose), microcrystalline cellulose.

Dosage (Oral):
Children 6-12 years: Take 3 capsules with 45 ml of liquid per day.
Adolescents and Adults 13 years and older: Take 6 capsules with 90 ml of liquid per day.
Drink plenty of fluids. Wait a few hours before and after taking other medications or natural health products.
Effects observed within 12 to 24 hours after the first dose and, sometimes, after 2 to 3 days.

Risk statements:
Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms worsen or if constipation persists after 7 days of use, if you experience symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever, if you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty swallowing or breathing after taking this product.
Contraindications: Do not use this product if you have difficulty swallowing, if you have diabetes mellitus characterized by blood glucose levels that are difficult to regulate, if you have observed changes in your bowel habits for more than 2 weeks, in case of undiagnosed rectal bleeding or if taking another laxative has not resulted in a bowel movement.
Known adverse reactions: Discontinue use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. May cause flatulence and/or bloating.
