Delivery is free anywhere in Canada with a purchase amount of $ 75 or more before taxes. For any purchase of $ 75 or less before taxes, a fixed fee of $ 15 plus taxes will be charged.

Lost package
It rarely happens that a package gets lost during transport. If you encounter this problem, please email us at info@herbagesnormex.com or call toll free at 1-800-661-4396. Following a follow-up with our delivery services confirming that the package has been lost, we will return the products in a second shipment or we will refund them, at your choice. You will be kept informed throughout the process.
Return and exchanges
Normex Herbages Ltd. will not refund products purchased online unless an error has occurred during shipping.
